सिबील खराब होत आहे . ( कलाशिक्षक अतुल सरांची व्यथा)
आजपर्यंतच्या इतिहासामध्ये या सजिवाची प्रगती ही एका गुरु मुळे म्हणजेच ज्यांना आपण गुरुजी म्हणायचो ते आता सर या शब्दासोबत जगत आहेत.
आजपर्यंत याच शिक्षकाकडुन आई वडील मित्र परिवार गावाकडुन अपेक्षा वाढल्या.
आई वडीलांच कष्ट आणि त्याची मेहनत घेऊन तो कसाबसा शिक्षण घेऊन शिक्षक होण्यासाठी लायक झाला . परंतु सरकारच्या आचानकच्या धोरणांमुळे जसकी शिक्षण सेवक पासुन ते आजपर्यंत च्या बदलामुळे तो भरडला गेला .
मग काय सरकारी नौकरी लागणारांना लागली संस्थांमध्ये बाकीच्यांनी झेप घेतली . परंतु संस्थापकांनी यांना पुरत कर्जबाजारी केल .कारण मोठं डोनिशन देऊन नौकरीला लागण म्हणजे एखाद्या मुलिला चांगल्या घरी हुंडा देऊन पाठवणी करण्यासारखं . होती तेवढी शेती विकुन किंवा अनेक पतसंस्थेच्या माध्यमातून किंवा पाहुणे रावळ्याकडुन व्याजाने पैसे घेऊन नौकरीला लागले हेच फेडण्यासाठी पाच ते दहा वर्षे गेली याचं पाच ते दहा वर्षांत घरच्यांनी मित्र परिवार यांनी नौकरीला लागलास आम्हाला मदत करत जा म्हणून यांची मन राखण्यासाठी पुन्हा कर्ज घेऊन वाटाघाटी वापस करतिल म्हणून हे केलेल धाडस आणि एकदाच वाढलेले बॅंकेचे हाप्ते यामुळे तो परेशान आणि हेच हाप्ते वेळेवर जाण्यासाठी त्याला अनेक साईड बिझनेस करावे लागले तसेच राजकारणात घुसाव लागलं . आणि यामुळेच ज्या लोकांनमुळे व्यसनाधीन झाला.एक आदर्श शिक्षक राहु शकला नाही . तेच गुरुजी तो मास्तर झाला .लोक एकेरीवर आरेरावी करु लागले आणि समाजाचा त्यांच्याकडे बघण्याचा दृष्टीकोन बदलला .
हे का तुम्हाला सांगावं लागतं आहे कारण आज शिक्षक कर्जबाजारी झाला नाही कर्जबाजारी केला गेला. आता यात भर पडली ती वेळेवर पगारी न झाल्याने .
शिक्षकाच बॅंकेच सिव्हिल खराब का याचे हीच सर्व कारणे . सर्वात मोठं कारण म्हणजे वेळेवर पगार न होणे .
कारण हे सर्व कर्जाचे हप्ते वेळेवर जमा न झाल्याने सिव्हिल खराब झालं आणि ज्यावेळी त्यांच्या मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठी किंवा स्वप्नातल घर बांधण्यासाठी कर्ज हवं आहे तेव्हा. त्याला बॅंका कर्ज देत नाही.
2014 पासुन ते 2023 पर्यंत बघीतल तर सर्व नौकरदारांचे पगार वेळेवर होत नाही आणि त्यामुळे बॅंकेचे हप्ते वेळेवर कट होत नसल्याने तो पुन्हा कर्ज बाजारी होत आहे.
आणि हे कर्जबाजारी झाल्याने तो आत्महत्या तसेच व्यसनाधीन होणे आणि आदर्श शिक्षकांच्या कर्तव्यापासुन दुर चालला आहे.
तरी एका शिक्षकाची व्यथा ईथे मांडली आहे म्हणून शासनाने यावर विचार करुन सर्व क्षेत्रातिल कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या पगारी वेळेवर कराव्यात. ही कळकळीची विनंती
