समग्र प्रगती पत्रक याला इंग्रजीमध्ये एचपीसी असे म्हणतात. HPC means Holistic Progress Card. राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण 2020 नुसार विद्यार्थ्यांचे समग्र मूल्यांकन करण्यासाठी आता समग्र प्रगती पत्रकाचा वापर करण्यात येणार आहे. यामध्ये उपघटक असे सुलभक प्रशिक्षणार्थी अंतरक्रिया सुलभकृती प्रशिक्षणार्थी कृती चिंतनात्मक प्रश्न आदी घटकांचा अभ्यास करण्यात येणार आहे. समग्र प्रगती पत्रकाचे स्तरनिहाय स्वरूप समजून घेणे आवश्यक आहे. यामध्ये पायाभूत स्तर पूर्वतयारी स्तर पूर्व माध्यमिक स्तर माध्यमिक स्तर अशा प्रकारे भाग केलेले आहेत. अभ्यासाची ध्येय क्षमता व त्यावर आधारित मूल्यांकन कृती करून प्रत्यक्ष रूपरी कसे तयार करावे याविषयी चर्चा करण्यात येणार आहे.
